Chronological Timeline of Events
5/8/26: The Prosecution responded today by getting a 30-day extension. That will push out the response date to about June 5th. Andrew will spend another 30 days in jail for no reason.
4/8/2026: The Original Brief for the Appeal was filed today. The Prosectution has 28 days to respond. However, it is expected that they will "continue" (postpone) the case for another 28 days. In theory, they should respond by May 6th. If hey postpone for another 30 days, it would be June 5th, I think.
3/19/2026: the hearing was not reset and it was held without Andrew's attorney being present. The result was that none of Andrew's papers or belongings were not okay for him to have. They were returned in a box (although some were damaged).
